With more than twenty years of experience in the role of enologist, Angelo di Grazia currently serves as the winemaker at Cantine Tornatore, located on the northern slopes of Mount Etna in the foothills of Castiglione di Sicilia. 

Having trained with longstanding Tornatore winemaker dott. Vincenzo Bambina, Angelo transitioned to overseeing both the care and management of the vines and cellar in 2022. In addition to his role as enologist at Tornatore, Angelo is also a co-owner of Meridio, a small, natural wine project also based in Sicily. 

Prior to joining Tornatore, Angelo’s depth of roles in winemaking have taken him to Piedmont where he worked as a winemaking consultant, and to I Vigneri di Salvo Foti in Sicily, where he spent ten years as enologist. Angelo earned his degree in viticulture and enology at the Università degli Studi di Torino.
